The timelines quoted are business days - Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends.

Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes the first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 3 times over 5 days (7.00 am to 5.30 pm) after which the item will be canceled.


To ensure safety compliance, returns will only be accepted and processed on products returned in its original packaging. I.E the Arewa seal must not be broken at the time of return. All products are eligible for return no later than 5 business days after products are received.

Return at our Office or we can pick up the item.

Step 3

Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our agents. That is your proof of return.

Refund Processed

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via voucher or bank transfer depending on your selected option, and this cannot be changed after option has been registered by our CS team. Our refund timelines is within 5 to 10 working days.
